• 1.1.01: Correction of misreading Genepop and Genetix Files.
• 1.1.02: Always needs a dot as decimal separator (no matters Windows Configuration) in data files.
• 1.1.03: BUG REMOVED in the computation of coalescence durations. Be shure to replace your existing version, the results of estimated heterozygosity are a bit different. Some column names are changed in order to avoid confusion. Two other sample files added.
• 1.2.01: Various (small) bugs removed. T.P.M. added. Parts of the internal data strucutres rewritten or modified.
• 1.2.02: Ability to read the Fstat file format.

Download this software by clicking on the floppy icon with the right button, and select "Save link as ...". Use an empty directory or floppy disk for unzipping (You may need pkunzip.exe). After unzipping, double-click on "Setup.exe".
